Our resort is designed with our customers in mind. We have added and continue to add amenities for your use but at the same time preserving the feel of the old fashioned Minnesota resort. Our hope is that our attention to detail and desire to pamper you shines through each and every moment of your stay.
You are minutes from down town Alexandria where you will find many fun specialty and antique shops. Unique Features: Lake Victoria is a horseshoe shaped basin located on East MN Hwy 27, less than 2 miles from Alexandria. It is part of Alexandria's chain of 7 lakes. The unique shape of the lake makes it less susceptible to wave action and is often utilized as a calm retreat by anglers and boaters on windy days.
The Hilltop Lodge is our only year around rental. This roomy cabin features 3 bedrooms, walk thru kitchen, oversized dining table, and central air. The cabin is located at the top of the hill with exceptional lake views. Sit outside on one of the spacious decks facing the lake. Cabin sleeps 7 with additional sofa sleepers.
Enjoy your morning coffee in the spacious porch with ample seating and sleeping space for 2 extra people*. The blue cabin has one large bedroom with 2 full size beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the large living room. Cabin includes full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, cookware, flatware and bedding.

Lake Victoria resort formally Lilac Lodge is beyond a amazingly awesome mom & pop old school style family resort.
The owner, his family & there associates go way above & beyond to make your stay as extremely amazingly awesome as possible,
once you stay here you will never stay anywhere else.
The fishing off of the one of the many docks will keep the fisherkids and fisher people busy for hours.
The little kids will enjoy the swingset & beach area while the older kids/teens and "adult kids" will enjoy swimming and the water trampoline for hours.
Then at the end of the night you can wind down

Owners are very accommodating and there is ample dock space as well. Cabin are a bit dated but have that up north mom and pop feel for sure! Beds are not top of the line but a simple mattress enhancer of your choice from home mixed with the fresh air and long summer lake days make for a great night's sleep. Lake has good fishing and is usually not too crowded. We always catch something. Not too far away from town to grab groceries and supplies too.
