Critical: Punctuality
After being up for 24 hours and multiple delayed flights, I called them to pick me up and they were a no show. I waited for 30 minutes and ended up calling another taxi. I tried calling back multiple times and they never answered the phone since they were seeing me call. Just horrible.

Called to make a reservation for the early morning pickup. Extremely unprofessional and kept hanging up on me for the first couple times because I have a special request. Could not understand what I was talking about and always make it my problem. So good at blaming others and putting all the problem on the customer while the guy just does not understand a single request.

The driver “Dave” texted me the day before and promised he would be on time. I had a 6am pick up. He never even showed up. I almost missed my flight and now our truck is stuck in a parking deck.
This the SECOND time they have done this to me. Which is why I asked him to please be on time- nope didn’t even show up.
If you want to make your flight on time and need a reliable service don’t risk it with these people. They don’t care about their quality of service and I’m sure there are zero repercussions for them leaving you stranded.
It’s not worth it.

I made a reservation on Thursday for a flight arriving RDU at midnight the following Sunday to avoid being stranded. I received a call confirming but the car did not show up as scheduled. I called and was told there must have been a mix up on the reservation and that they had no cars available. I would not recommend using this Company for important pre-arranged trips.
