DO NOT USE!!!!! I have never had worse customer service in my life! I had to cancel my reservation because of a complicated bereavement situation and the gentleman who said he is the one who runs the place rudely told me I could not get a refund as I did not cancel within 48 hours. When I asked if an exception could be made due to the situation he said : "Let me ask you a question..." then questioned me about how I felt about his drivers making a living during COVID. Seriously???? I called back to complain about the rudeness and I got him again. He claimed he refunded me and sent an email saying

I used this service 5 years ago and saved their information for future use when flying to RDU. I requested service for 10-16-21, was not sure if they could put me in the schedule for a 6:05 am flight but they made it work. I was please 5 years ago and I will continue to use them. The driver was prompt and it was a very comfortable ride from Raleigh to RDU. I highly recommend.

Worst car service I've ever had, never felt more unsafe. Driver left engine on while filling up gas tank, was on her phone (both talking & texting) while driving, driving like a maniac weaving in and out of traffic. Told her to slow down after she passed 90mph with phone on her lap while tailgating. I think five years just came off my life.

If your in a pinch I would try them out but I will not be using their service again. They do get you from point a and b but they were unprofessional and late, without an apology, for me. The whole point of getting prearranged transportation to and from the airport is for it to be a smooth process, and I did not experience that so I would not recommend unless this is the only place available. The below response to my review by the owner is exactly what you will get if you use this company for transportation, no apologies for mistakes but plenty of excuses and putting the blame on other people.

Their online booking is user-friendly and thorough ... as in asking for all my flight information. On my return flight, I was making a connection through Philadelphia. They were tracking everything and knew before I did that my connecting flight was canceled. So they called me once I landed in PHL. I was rebooked on another flight, much later in the day, but that wasn't the end of my problems. I boarded the plane but it sat on the tarmac for at least an hour due to a storm. My experience is the same as Nicole M. They send an email with a subject line saying Conf#xxxxx ... However, this is not a confirmation but rather a soft deception to influence customer from looking elsewhere. After no vehicle arrived on the selected time I called and left a message. Finally I received a callback to say that I would have received a 2nd email if My RDU was going to provide me transportation and I was told that I did not get the 2nd email because I had submitted my request after midnight. Well, the email I did receive from My RDU came at 9:57pm, well before midnight ...

We were not very organized and failed to arrange a shuttle pickup in advance (heading to airport for 3 week vacation). We called several taxi and shuttle companies who said they could not help us. I finally called MY RDU Airport Shuttle and they said usually you have to make a reservation in advance...but the dispatcher checked for available drivers and made an exception for us. He took out info and credit card number and even helped arrange a shuttle when we return. Then he said something and he sounded like he really meant it...."we appreciate your business!"

I set up pick up through this services. I received what looked like a confirmation number. After shuttle didn't arrived, serval calls with no answer, some one finally called back. 3 hours after scheduled pickup time. This company in FINE PRINT tell you that you are not finalized on reservation until they approve it. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
