Called them at 1030am about my work trailer needing some work. Said they were pretty backed up. Then when the guy found out it was my work trailer and how I make my livelihood. Said bring it in and we will get it done by the end of the day. Exceeded my expectations on all levels. If you need a trailer worked on take it here.

Bought a tractor 8 years ago from S and W. Best customer service and experience I have had in a long time. S and W’s expertise in the tractor world second to none. Stan & Trevor so focused and dialed in to make sure the tractor I bought would serve all my needs. I have since gone back and bought a box scraper and a brush hog. S and W made sure the implements I purchased fit my tractor. I have all my service work done at S and W and also always have my B&W trailer hitches installed by them along with any and all service work I need done on my goose neck stock & flat bed trailers. We were in need of brake service for our RV trailer in the middle of our trip across the USA. These nice folks got us in within 2 days when everyone else had a month to six week wait. Everyone one we spoke to, on the phone and in the shop, was friendly and helpful. Joe explained the details of our repairs extremely well. The total cost was very reasonable.

So thankful we decided to go with S&W tractor the owners are old school customer service they were amazing when we had trouble with our hydraulic line. They were helpful over the phone sent us pictures of the lines that we needed to loosen and when all of that did not work they sent a mechanic out to Sliver Springs to help us. Thank you guys for bringing out the true meaning of customer service 😊 my husband and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service!!! Considerate and knowledgeable staff. They sale healthy chicks and turkeys! They sale local handmade items and local eggs! They sold ours for many years! They have just about everything you need all in one location! They are great help for 4H kids and have excellent ideas! Friendly, loyal and locally owned, what more can you ask for! Love the people and pets at this store!
