Should have read the reviews. Booked a trip from Love field with a toddler car seat. Gave them my flight number. Was told to turn the phone immediately upon landing and that someone will call me and meet me at the carousel.
Did just that. Flight was perfectly on time. Went, picked my bag up, no call. Call them. The driver finally calls me back. Says he tried to call me, and I must not have had the phone on me. I did. The entire time. He says he will be 15 minutes. We wait. 20 minutes later I call him again. He says he is 3 minutes away. I waited another 15 minutes and nothing. Ended up having

I wish Google would allow us to give no stars or negative stars. This company should not be allowed to do business. First off I road in a black suburban with license plate BMR 7356 on July 24 2020. The pick up time was supposed to be 5:45am but the driver was over 30 minutes late. He said it was due to traffic. We used Googles maps and there was nothing in the way of construction, the guy was just late plain and simple. The price seemed to flucuate a a little bit. The initial quote was 120 dollars. When he showed up we asked the driver what the price was again and he said 125 dollars. Keep in mind

I took a ride with them last week. I was supposed to go from point A to point E about a 1hr and 30mn ride. (Two cities in between B and D). I had to get off in Point B because the driver Amir was half falling to sleep, driving recklessly and almost bumping into other cars. I had to pay extra 60 dollars for a new ride from B to D. The company refuses to get me a refund or at least paying the extra ride. This was a horrible experience.

The worst: driver didn't call ahead or show up! I called the dispatcher to notify them and he proceeded to give me the drivers number, so that I would call and figure it out. Isn't that what a dispatcher does??? Not the passenger!
Not good at all, more so when you have to catch an early flight, the airport's 45 min. away and it's raining. No way to start a trip:(

Airport is fine but DFW staff are scamming people making them jump on "taxis" by DFW CAB AND SHUTTLE. They are scamming people with a rate above average and rigged meters. I confronted the driver and did the math at their rate and he had to adjust the meter. Car had check engine light on and driver was GPSing my destination while driving (pictured). I can't believe the DFW staff, with shirts clearly marked with the orange DFW logo, have this scam going on.

Horrible. Reserved a car with an infant seat for my 7 month old baby. Driver showed up without an infant seat and said he had never been told. They wanted to still charge me $40.

We booked our travel two weeks in advance. We were quoted $69 for our trip from home to DFW airport. First they arrived late and caused info stress getting to the airport. Upon arrival the doubled our fair and charged us $119 and would not honor the price they quoted. I will never use this service ever again!!!!! They are a rip off and take advantage of their customers!

They got us from point A to point B, but the whole process gave me the impression that it was run by a single person using pen and paper in a tiny, dimly lit office. I made a same day reservation online and after an hour I didn't get an email or text so I called to make sure I was all set. The call goes straight to voicemail then some number texts me, I text back asking if it's the taxi service and they just never answered. The worst taxi experience I've ever had. Driver was rude and annoyed to take me in his car. He was checking his phone while he was driving. When I asked to put down his phone, he has manually modify the taximeter and increased the price from $ 21 to $ 29. When I left the taxi he told me to call Uber next time....sure I will.

Called to inquire about a ride to the airport and was told they could absolutely accommodate my child and me. Arrived 30 mins late, and the cost of my ride was 4x more than had been quoted to me by other car services (I went with this car service bc I needed a car seat). They had not given me a quote, and neglected to mention that they would grossly over charge me because the only vehicle that they had available at the time was an SUV. None of this was relayed to me, so that I could make the decision to assume the cost.

Www.taxidfw.net Set up a pick up at my house to DFW online. Got a phone call and an email confirmation. Had an international flight at 1:15. They were to pick me up at 10 AM. By 10:10 no one had shown. I called their number and got voice mail. Five minutes later called and left a voice mail. Never heard a word in the way of a reply. No text, no call, nothing. I called Trophy Club taxi, and they had someone at my house in 30 minutes and I made my flight. I will NEVER use taxi.dfw again. Thanks for nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I called a day prior to my flight, spoke to man to complete reservation, and they were a no show! Luckily, I was able to make last minute plans to get to the airport. Had I not, I would have missed my flight. So horrible. Not worth the stress!!!

Don't Bother. I did on on-line booking to which I received no confirmation so I called 3 hours later. They took the reservation over the phone and then I received the confirmation. The confirmation stated I would get a call/text from the driver 30 mins prior to pick up. I didn't- then they no showed. Did not pick upo when I called, no return message or return texts. I ended up having to drive to the airport and leave my truck for a week and a half instead of missing my flight- This company is why Uber exists!

Do not calculate your fare based on their website. Call for an estimate if you have to use them. We picked them because they offered a car seat, but as stated here, it was very old and dirty. (We failed to Yelp beforehand)

According to their site's rates our fare should have been $27.37 + $10 for the car seat. However, upon arrival at the airport we were told we owed $58.60. I asked why so high, and was told they charged more for rides before 6am. No night time surcharge is mentioned online. We flew into the airport with our 5 month old infant, despite providing flight and arrival information they were 30 minutes late but always claiming "5 minutes away". The car reeked of cigarette smoke. The car seat base wasn't hooked in, my husband and I had to figure it out. Add to that the car seat was absolutely filthy. The cab driver drove 90 to 95 mph the entire way to our hotel. Frankly I'm not sure if it was worth the effort to book them. They get 2 stars because we arrived in one piece

We reserved a taxi service from Fort Worth to DFW. Two adults and a one month old infant. We requested cab service to provide car seat.

Reservation was easy to setup using website. It was good to receive confirmation email and two reminders. Driver phoned 30 mins in advance as extra reminder and cab showed up 10 minutes in advance, giving us time to load all stuff (4 suitcases, car seat, stroller, bassinet). Driver was very courteous throughout the trip and drove gently, which was perfect for our baby.

Little concept of customer service!
I'm flying one way tomorrow morning and I'd rather not have to fetch my car back from the airport upon my return. The catch is that I'm travelling with a child and I'm not taking a car seat with me on the plane, because one is available at my destination. Few transportation services offer to supply a car seat and DFW Official Taxi Service was the only one that I found (short of executive services in Lincoln Towncars or limos) that advertised online that they can supply a car seat.
