Unless you're badly in need of a Maverick badge, avoid this shuttle service. They were recommended by two of the Fort Worth hotels I've stayed at, and each time I've had a memorable experience. First, even though they'll take your money in advance they won't take "reservations" - instead, you call them when you get your luggage, and within 5-10, they make a timely pickup. Unfortunately, it doesn't guarantee a timely departure. The first time I used their service, the driver kept circling and circling the airport until every seat on the van was filled

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service.
Do not use this service. They make you sit on the van and wait until it's completely full before they will leave the airport. Waited 35 min in the van before the driver left only to go to terminals 2 times. As we approached different terminal the driver would roll down the window, honk horn and yell, "is anyone going downtown?". I understand they need to fill the vans before heading to downtown Dallas, but don't lie and say after this terminal we are going to leave for downtown.
My coworker and I ended up getting out

DO NOT USE this service. I gave them an extra star for the airport pickup which while late was fine. And the friendly phone manner and website.
BUT
They stranded me at my hotel on the return.
I read some bad and some good so figured maybe the bad might be anomalies. I thought I was do smart to reserve ahead of time. Stupid me.

Do not use this company! I reserved my private car online and received a confirmation yet my private car did not show up when i arrived at Love Field. The only reason i am giving them 1 star is that they did send a shuttle and took us straight to the hotel. Apparently there were several of us whose reservations did not show up in the system. I was assured that they would call me the next day (monday) and get it straightened out. They never called. I am at a convention with little time to deal with nonsense, but finally i spoke to someone on Wednesday. I cancelled my return shuttle and asked

What a nightmare! I had paid ahead of time for pickup from the DFW airport. After I got my luggage I called GO Yellow Checker and was told to go outside to wait, and a shuttle would be there shortly. It was dark, cold and late at night! I waited for 20 minutes and then called back. This time I was told that GO was sending a taxi for me, and that the taxi driver would call me in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I called back and was told that a shuttle driver would pick me up. He did (after a total of 45 minutes of waiting), but he wanted to circle around and around until he could get at least 5 passengers

Yellow Checker Shuttle is hands down the worst service I've ever used. If you prepay for a reservation, the senior drivers will NOT take you, they wait for cash customers only. They will make you wait for the "newest" driver they have to show up, and he could be on the other side of Ft. Worth! We waited over an hour and a half for one of the shuttles to take us with THREE of them sitting there at the curb! Also they did not show up for the return trip from the hotel to the airport. The Hotel paid for a cab to take us. I thought I was imagining things with the "senior drivers

Dismal service. Pickup and drive to the airport was fine on the two times I've used them, pickup from the airport and the trip was horrible and negated any points they earned on the pickup.
I prepaid the fees, and this seemed to be a big issue with the airport pickup crew, along with living in North Plano. While speaking mostly in Hindi, the English phrases 'prepaid' and 'youngest driver' kept repeating with their dispatch conversations. After standing around for 15 minutes in 95 degree heat while two cabs waited for more attractive fares, they corralled a new driver

Don't use this company! I should have known it wasn't going to be good when the ticket kiosk didn't print my ticket. Being the ever optimistic person I am I headed out to the pickup location hoping that although I didn't have my ticket, they would have my reservation.
My pickup time was scheduled for 5:35pm and once outside I called to verify that they had my information. I spoke to a woman who assured me that they had my information and that the shuttle would be there by on time. I waited and waited and waited and finally at 6:12pm the shuttle arrived. So when you step out of DFW (Dallas Fort Worth Airport), you'll see a bunch of Taxi Vans lined up against the curb from Shared Rides. There drivers are pretty aggressive (I mean pushy) in terms of trying to get customers. They'll come up to you and ask if you need help with your bag. And once they pick you up, they'll drive around and around the airport looking for more clients going to the same place.
