Deep Connections Counseling
Deployments, frequent moves, and separation from loved ones are just a few of the unique challenges faced by those in military life. Getting the help will relieve some of that pressure and improve your relationships for the better. We know what it's like to feel like an outsider - both here and in your home country.

And maybe even with your spouse. Reach out to heal and learn new skills to cope with the stress and loss that can come with immigration. Therapy provides a safe, empathetic environment to process your emotions. It can empower you to change long-standing behavioral patterns and learn new healthy coping skills to regain your happiness and confidence.
Services
Do you need mental healthcare but are unable to make it to a therapist's office due to a busy schedule? Or maybe you're suffering from mobility problems that make traveling especially difficult. It doesn't have to be difficult to get the help you need when feeling hopeless, lonely, disconnected, and fearful.
Struggling with a lack of intimacy despite your best attempts to rekindle the passion and romance? Perhaps you feel a growing distance between you and the person you fell in love with. You're afraid you lost that spark that forged your inseparable bond, that connection that once flowed so easily. You may even begin to feel like roommates or co-parents rather than actual partners.
When marriage is on the horizon, partners will often notice a reawakening of old tensions and an upsurge of new problems that need to be discussed before embarking on the journey of married life. You and your partner might be worried about what this development entails. You might also be troubled by this tension or resurgence of old problems.
You may be wondering how your friends and family members can make relationships seem so easy when most of the ones you had ended up in utter defeat. Your daydreams about the perfect life with the perfect partner have a bittersweet tinge to them. You wish your relationships were half as romantic, compassionate, and satisfying as those of your loved ones.
It's 3 a.m. and the baby monitor has woken you up four times already. You're drowning in dirty diapers and vomit, wondering how such a small human can cause so much trouble and make so much noise. Bringing someone to life can be an incredibly rewarding journey, but it also requires a lot of hard work and determination, especially at first.

I love Dr. Kinga!!! She's very talented. I've never had a counselor I was more happy with. She takes the time to really get to know you and help with your issues. She's detailed and I like that she has many videos linked to what we discuss in session. I left my old counselor after three weeks and then I found Kinga. Much better and I'm much happier now! I highly recommend her for both relationship and personal counseling.

I have been seeing Dr. Gudor for three years to deal with experiences of racism in the workplace. My search for a multi-culturally competent therapist ended here. I saw her once a month, and during Covid, I saw her more frequently with other issues. The transformation is incredible and I've found am amazing peace with her guidance. In fact, she helped me with multiple problems, and this has increased the quality in all my relationships with family, friends and my Self.

The quality of care did not change, nor lessen, moving to videoconferencing. I plan on continuing videoconferencing because

Dr. Gudor is an amazing therapist! I know that in-person is preferred a lot of times with therapy, but with everything going on, on-line has provided me the same stress-free and necessary relief of a therapy appointment. It was easy to connect, and even easier to share (with being in the comfort of your home). Although I'll have to wait to be in office again, on-line is just what the doctor ordered to keep me going!
