We've been customers of Exit 122 OPE since 2006 and have watched this business both grow and improve. Just finished excellent service on 44" mower deck in under two weeks at this (always) busy time of the year. All Staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, and Brian and Chris, especially, take the time to explain what does, and does NOT require repair/replace. These folks have earned our trust and respect and now service and maintain two Cub tractors and mowing decks to our complete satisfaction. We are happy to recommend them to you! I've been shopping exit 122 for about 5 years now. I've always had a pleasant experience with them. Living in Hardin Valley, there are probably 50 places closer to me than 122. However, I'm a loyal customer. That being said, I dropped off my Blower and pressure washer (which is under warranty) back in early spring. I was told the repair would be done in 4 to 8 weeks. After two months I called to get a status update. They weren't ready. A month later I called again and was told the pressure washer was finished but they are waiting on parts for the blower. Took my lawnmower to this place over TWO MONTHS AGO, just got it back today. From the invoice I received from them out of all that time that they had my lawnmower they spent 30 minutes on it, trying to see what was wrong, then decided they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Finally after over two months we were able to pick it up today, to find out the battery was completely shot and now having to purchase a new one. They even transported our lawnmower to there other store with out us knowing, for what reason I have no idea because according to the invoice they only spent 30 minutes looking

I went to Exit 122 O.P.E. yesterday to inquire about getting my mower serviced. The gentleman on the counter, Brian, was really helpful and straightforward with me about the wait I would have to get it back. The wait is understandable. They are extremely busy right now. The phone was ringing off the hook while I stood in there and the showroom had all kinds of people looking at mowers. I noticed a few reviews on this google page and I want to alleviate some worries. These folks have been nothing but the nicest and most caring people I have ever met at a business. They made sure all of my questions

Just like another poster had posted. They will sell you a 5,000$ mower but if you have a problem they will leave you on hold for 45 min and never call you back. I called over a month ago to schedule a pick up on a one year old zt2 cub cadet that I purchased from them. The starter was not working so I Called to check on status. I left several messages and never received a call back. I then called and was rudely put on hold for 38 minutes! I then call from my house phone and they answered again rudely. I explained that I was on the other line I had have been on hold for 40 minutes (at this time)

Was running out of time to get a mower, got stuck late at work but knew what I wanted to get.they close at 5, and I Called ahead and asked if we got there by 4:45 if somebody would be willing to stay and sell us a mower. Bobby was one of their salesman, and he gladly stepped up and offered to help us even though they were getting ready to close. He was awesome to work with, ask for him if you’re interested in purchasing a new residential or commercial mower. Went down to an Echo chainsaw event today and was really impressed. The salesman Slade really knew his stuff and everyone was super nice. I showed an interest in purchasing in the future and everyone on the counter did everything possible to help me with brochures and pricing. I will be back to purchase a new mower for sure!

They used to have qualified mechanics at this store. Now they can only perform simple maintenance at a very high price. I told them what the issues were and they replaced a belt & replaced a rear seal for $165 and didn't check anything else. Called me to come and get it. I picked it up and went home. The mower would barely move. I figured it was the tensioner on the drive belt. I turned around and took it back. They unloaded and said they would take a look at it. 2 weeks later I get a call from a mower shop in Jacksbor. They guy says it's a $75 fix. They call me back in 2 days and say that the

My experience (as well as my families) with Exit 122 has been nothing but great over years. We have purchased everything from 4x4 diesel tractors to string trimmers. I just bought a Cub Cadet mower today. And as always the OWNER walked me out and helped me load up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that asked. Not to mention Slade is a conservationist and outdoorsman any money he makes from you will be spent doing what you do.
