Take your pick of 45-90 minutes signature massage treatment to release muscle tension through a blend of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and orthopedic massage. All treatments include hot towels and aromatherapy. Massage helps to improve overall well being, decrease stress and loosen tight muscles, along with many other wonderful benefits.
Focused massage therapy following a motor vehicle accident assists your body by interrupting the development of chronic issues that may arise post accident. Whiplash in your neck, pain from impact on your shoulders & hands from gripping the wheel or in your leg or hip from hard braking are few of the common injuries that might result from a car accident.

I absolutely love Vision Ridge! Lorrie is a gem! My husband and I took her couples massage class where she equipped us with techniques to aid us in taking care of each other's bodies and reducing stress. I also went and had a glorious massage with Lorrie recently and it was divine. Lorrie is all parts professional, warm and connecting, and is excellent at her craft. Highly recommend!!

Let me preface this review, that I have been in seeing massage therapists, for at least 35+years, in both Arizona and Oregon.
I know exactly, what I need and expect from a massage therapist. In all those years, Lorraine is the best massage therapist I have ever had! I’m afraid if I talk her up too much in this review, she’ll be so busy she won’t have time for me.
I suffer from fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue, and knowing that Massage helps me the most,
it’s really important to me, to have a massage therapist I trust, actually feel better after I see her, and feel like I am in less

Lorrie is amazing at what she does! I went in with a sprained ankle and pain throughout my body from being on crutches. She was able to bring me to to a space of deep relaxation while at the same time working through a lot of tension spots with a hot stone massage. She also did a cupping treatment on my ankle, which helped to relieve the pain and tension from the sprain. Lorrie is great at asking questions as well as sensing what your body needs from the massage. I highly highly recommend her for all your massage needs!
