Children's Physicians is proud of its role as the first pediatric practice in northern Palm Beach County. Founded in 1961 by Dr. John S. McRoberts and Dr. Michael L. Steiner, the practice was initially called North Palm Beach Children's Clinic.
In 1975, the office moved to its current location in Palm Beach Gardens and once the practice expanded and added two additional locations in Jupiter and Palm City, the practice name was changed to Children's Physicians.All of the physicians in the practice are board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and are fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

From routine well-child checkups to immunizations, Children's Physicians is equipped to handle all of your child's health needs. Choosing a pediatrician is an important and personal decision and we want you to feel at ease with the care you and your child will receive. Traveling with children requires special planning and preparation, especially when traveling abroad.
When your child has a fever, it is normal to feel frightened. After all, you love your child and want him or her to be healthy and happy. The good news, however, is that fevers are generally not dangerous and they are often easily treatable. The next time your child develops a fever, here is the information you'll want to know.

Is your child planning on playing any sports this school year? If so, the school will probably require your child to have a sports physical done before he or she can play. School and sports physicals help make sure that players are in good health before they play, in an effort to avoid injuries and the effects of other potentially harmful medical conditions.

If I could put zero stars I would! I got assigned to this office through my kids insurance so I first scheduled an appointment for my sons physical they moved my appointment around twice without even letting me know! And then said they could not see me when I arrived for my originally scheduled appointment! The best part though is I called yesterday to have my daughter who is sick scheduled an the receptionist tells me she’ll put all her information in and to call back in the morning to be seen since Saturday’s are first come first serve basis okay, I said even as a new patient? My newborn has been seen multiple times at this location (palm beach gardens). I have had no problems whatsoever. Dr. Alexandria has been exceptional for the care of my baby. When he is sick, I have always been able to get a same day appt. with a doctor or practitioner. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I love all the doctors at this location and have never had an issue with the doctors or front desk staff. My kids have been going here for 10 years and up until about a year ago I never had issues. Their triage nurse is HORRIBLE! Her phone skills are the worst I’ve never dealt with. She cuts you off and talks down even when you try to explain real life to her which she obviously doesn’t understand. Some people work 9-5 Monday through Friday and when she is giving out false information about appointment days it makes it very difficult to schedule an appointment for your kid. When I explained

I use to love them but lately the customer service has been slacking and heaven forbid you make a complaint because then it gets around the office and those ladies are not shy about dropping hints that they are talking about you! Oh there goes that lady! I just like to be informed about what is happening and i am teaching my child that as well and what happened to the nurses that were pleasant and tried to make the experience fun.. My granddaughter has been coming here for 7 years usually I receive great service BUT today November 27th 2018 at 1:48 p.m. it was not so!! Receptionist did not acknowledge me at all clip board was not sitting up there she looked me directly in my face when I told her I needed the clip board after ai sat down she put the clip board up still NOT saying a verbal. Please retrain this young lady NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!!!! And as stated below have been coming here for 7 years and NEVER had to write a review and not one like this.. Loved this place so much growing up as a Children's Physician patient, that now my own children come here. Dr. Bideau is the Best, she too was my PCP & now the kids! Great place, with updated technology for the doctor's. They use I-Pads which are nice, they show your child's developmental growth right on the screen. Also, all the doctor's have nice bedside manners.
