Services
We will do weekly inspections of your vacant home, looking for things such as a properly running HVAC system (air conditioning and heating). The air conditioner will reduce humidity and moisture within your home and prevent any unpleasant odor or mold growth during the warm weather season. In the winter months, we will verify that the heating system is maintaining the desired temperature to prevent pipes from freezing during the colder weather.
Dan, we can never thank you enough for all the wonderful work you did for us when we came to Calabash. Your professionalism compares to none. You ARE the best. On a personal note, you are one of the nicest people we've met in a long, long time and we will definitely miss our talks when you would come over to take care of some work.

Dan and Kathy were awesome to work with. They were both very professional. The turnaround time from contact to completion was surprisingly short! The project I wanted to have completed was not realistic for the space I had, but Dan talked through what would work until I was satisfied. Dan showed up on time and completed the work efficiently. I will definitely be using their services in the future!

There is no reason to consider anybody other than The Punch List Crew for work around your home. Dan does excellent work at a reasonable cost. But beyond that, he is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and will go above and beyond to ensure you're happy with the completed job.
We had some tricky exterior home repairs that required some siding removal/reinstallation, insulation and plumbing. It was no problem for Dan.
