When our family moved to West Chester, PA in 2016, we inherited Melvin from the previous owners. This was our first detached family home and our first yard since moving from our condo in Chicago. Needless to say we had NO idea how much time, effort, hard work, and dedication was needed to maintain an acre-sized yard. (We are still learning!) After a bit of research, it was an easy decision to keep Melvin because he was experienced with our yard and he obviously had a sense of pride in his work. His work is not cheap - but it's also VERY reasonable in comparison to what else is out there. He
