Steve is amazing to work with. The quality of the t-shirts, sweatshirts and softball uniforms we got were top notch! There was not one mistake in the order, which is a nice change! Steve does a great job of staying on contact with you so you know what is going on and when the orders will be in. I would not use anyone else!

We worked with Steven at Vela Promos to design and order our middle school soccer uniforms and team shirts. He was very helpful and worked with our budget. Steven came up with a great design, and our uniforms and shirts were ordered and arrived earlier than the expected date. Our school now uses Vela Promos for all of our printing orders. Overall, working with Steven at Vela Promos was a great experience, I highly recommend them for any custom printing needs.

We worked with Vela for Tshirts and I was very happy with the service. They worked with us to keep our logo to the right amount of colors without changing the design, and had our shirts delivered by the date we needed them. The shirts are a good quality, and are going to go over great for our promotion.

Our company was very excited when Vela Promos reached out to us, as we were looking for a new vendor for custom polos. Unfortunately our order was wrong, the shirts were not printed correctly. Seeing as how our order was almost $400, and we would be placing monthly orders, it was very upsetting to learn that when we reached out to our rep, he dismissed us, ignored us, and screwed us. It took multiple emails to the company directly over a span of two months to finally get a "resolution", now that is customer service!
