Fantastic group of people! Customer service is second to none. My company has used them in the past and I recently reordered our standard pens. when they arrived there was a minor manufacturing issue (factory had used the imprint from my other office by mistake), HOWEVER all I had to do was mention it. This was the best swag purchasing experience I've ever had. Even before I completed placing my order, I received a phone call from a Promo Direct associate who wanted to make sure my order was all set. The ordering and production process was extremely fast and smooth. . . almost too smooth. I was nervous about how the bags would actually turn out, but they are fabulous! The color of the bag is perfect for the company and the lines were all clean (no blurred edges or splatters). THEN! I received a "Thank You" note. Promo Direct really goes above and beyond. I don't think I'll order anywhere else

I called Promo Direct and requested some samples of a few products that I was interested in, after months of waiting and multiple follow up emails & phone calls I still have yet to receive those samples that were supposedly sent and on there way. I got frustrated with the broken promises and ended up going with a different company that sent me samples that same week and I had my order received the following week.

A late long overdue review! Up until last year I used to be in charge of ordering promotional products for my previous job. For almost seven years I worked with the amazing Rose who always helped me out with my hundreds of questions, many back and forth emails, and was always down to work with our budget! I have used this company a few times for promotional items for preschools. They are AMAZING. Diana is the best. She is not only super responsive, she has been patient when I needed to seek approval and then ready for us when we were ready.
