Fred comes from a family of 5. He has two younger brothers Tony and Kevin Price. Fred was attending Grove City College in PA and playing football when his father who was a Sears Store Manager was offered early retirement. His parents decided that it was great time from them to move to SW Florida. It was the late 90's and SW Florida was just starting its development boom.

These guys are in my top 3 builders to work for. Im a licensed plumbing contractor and its a pleasure working for them. They are capable of doing anything in residential construction and they really put out a nice home. Check them out and youll see the difference.

We are in the process of looking for a custom house builder. I must say, I was very impressed with the responsiveness of Fred Price of Lauren Homes. He took the time to provide me with a wealth of helpful information and explained the process of building a home. He was articulate and gave me useful contacts to begin the process. I found him to be sincere in his approach and forthcoming with answers to my questions. I will keep you posted on what is to come.

Lauren Homes built two houses for me. Both were for investment. The houses came out very nice and we have made out well on the investment return. I continue to have this type of relationship with them and would recommend them to anyone. I appreciate Fred Price as he has kept us in the loop throughout construction due to us being Canadians and were not present while the houses were being built.

Lauren Homes built our house in NFM, and I can't say enough about how much I love my house! The quality of materials, and the work is phenomenal! What other builders consider "upgrades" are standard features for Lauren Homes. The owner Fred Price is awesome as is his partner Larry! Mariah and Larry are working with you through the entire build process on every selection and decision to be made. Very thankful we chose Lauren Homes over the "other guys" in the industry. I 100% recommend building with Lauren Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home!

Very impressed with Lauren homes and their high level of customer service. I had a family member who wanted to relocate to the area and following their research they had a few builders lined up. I got them in touch with Fred and he quickly made time to meet, educate them of their options, and has been a tremendous help along the way. Needless to say they are now working together to build a home.
