CCAG Construction and Design LLC is a hands-on General Construction Company capable of projects ranging from part/full home renovations, new additions to new commercial building construction, and anything in-between. Although we are a newly formed organization since 2009, our employees have extensive experience in renovation and new construction for both residential and commercial projects.
Our license holder, Carlos Alvarez (30 yrs of experience), is a hands-on General Contractor that not only knows the ins-and-outs of fieldwork, but also knows the administrative requirements of a project as well. Carlos knows the importance's of the customer's consultation and discussion of the project and budget.

I am from Denver and bought the Castle House in Cape Coral last year in hopes to renovate it into a beautiful cosmetic clinic. I am forever grateful to have found CCAG to do this work. They were so professional and honest. It was such a relief given that I was in Denver while this was being done, but I could totally trust them to do a professional job without me there. The clinic is gorgeous and I am so proud to call it my own.

We recently moved into a home in Cape Coral that required some renovations to the flooring and shower to allow Tom’s mobility in the house easier. The work was supervised by the Veterans Administration and required that the Contractor be on their list and comply with their requirements for disabled veterans. At the time, they were not on the VA list but were willing to take the extra steps of submitting their business paperwork for approval and were successful in being added to the list of approved VA bidders. The company is a family owned business with each of the members equally competent.

CCAG is a family owned business that actually cares about doing quality work. They were able to construct an arch so that it matched an existing arch perfectly. They have an attention for detail and care about doing things right which is very hard to find. They were very upfront about the cost of my project and how it could change depending upon certain circumstances so I was never surprised. I was very comfortable with them working in my home even if I was not around. I would highly recommend them for any size project… I will be using them to build a guest house and garage.
