Got quoted $461. They fixed my truck and I called a day in advance to tell them I’d be picking it up and the price jumped to $605 and they never gave me a call to tell me what was going on. My truck has been there 2-3 months for a fuel pump and some hoses. Great work but in my opinion take waaaay to long to fix a fuel pump and never gave me any notice that I needed new lines and a sending unit they just fixed it anyways. Basically forcing my hand to pay up either way. Would’ve been nice to now that the price was going up.

Fixed the wrong part. Brought my vehicle in for a wheel bearing replacement because the wheel was literally about to fall off. They fixed the wrong one and I didn't realize it. So I'm driving around thinking its safe and good to go. I kept hearing noises and took it to another shop and they discovered the wheel bearing was still bad. Luckily it didn't fall off while I was driving with my family. Called bowdens back and told them what happened and even told them I understand mistakes happen and I'll even buy the new part but expected some sort of deal given the fact that they messed up. He refused
