I'm sorry but my daughter hasn't even been seen and i already have to give 1 star. Today 12/16/2021, my daughter's appointment was at 11:30am. My husband has been in the room waiting with her since then. It is 12:49pm and she hasn't been seen. I read some reviews with the same issue. What is going on? He doesn't walk away because is my daughter who needs this. But if he was the patient, he would've walked away already!

Looking for a new dermatologist, I went here on a recommendation. For the positives, I will say that I found the office clean and inviting, and the staff seemed friendly. Dr. Sunny Chun was also very pleasant, however, she brought a student/intern (not sure which) into the room who she allowed to ask questions concerning what I was being seen for. I was very uncomfortable with this and thought I should have been consulted first.
Additionally, I didn't hear back about the result for several weeks. I called and was told someone would get back to me. They did, on Friday afternoon with a voicemail

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Chun. Dr. Chun is extremely knowledgeable and her bedside manner is amazing. She is very attentive, and always willing to answer my questions and concerns in regards to her cosmetic treatments. I was extremely anxious during my first Xeomin (Botox) treatment, she personally reached out to me the same evening to see how I was doing. I have been going to her for 2 years now for the same treatments. My husband had the worst experience at this practice.We have a 9 year non verbal Autistic son who has been experiencing skin problem.We thought we found the perfect office to take him even though it was out of network we decide to pay out of pocket (Cash) for his visit and give a try. We booked an appointment for 6pm, my Husband arrived 15 minutes early as he always does for all appointments. After waiting patiently and asking the front desk on 2 separate occasions he realized he had been waiting for an hour and half just to be seen. Made an appointment and it got canceled due to loss of power. Tried to reschedule and they asked me to come in the morning rather than evening. I explained I have school and my mom has work which is why i booked an evening appointment. Was told they would call me back to figure the situation out. Was NEVER called back. I was a little disappointed coming here. The practice itself is clean, Dr Chun is great and her staff are kind and courteous. However, after I was seen I was left in my room for 10 minutes with the door open, waiting for directions (they were giving me an Rx but I didn't know if I needed to wait for it). With nobody in sight when I peeked my head out to see if someone was coming back to tell me my Rx would be sent to my pharmacy, not a staff member could be found. I ended up walking out because I couldn't locate a single staff member and I needed to head out to another appointment. I think everyone

My son had a growth on his lip that grew rapidly. He was having trouble eating and felt extremely self conscious. When I took him to Dr. Chun she knew exactly what to do for him. Not only did she explain the removal procedure to me but explained everything to my son in a way that made him feel comfortable. Three weeks after the treatment plan and he doesn’t even have a scar! Dr Chun and the team are so professional, very efficient, and extremely polite. I won’t ever go to another dermatologist! She really cares for her patients and it shows, thank you Dr Chun!

Dr. Chun immediately solved a problem on my young daughter that a local Derm failed to resolve for over a year. She answered all of my concerns and even took the time to personally converse with me over the phone. Her office staff is wonderful and the office itself is immaculate with a small waiting area just for kids. I am so lucky to have been referred to this practice. Dr. Chun's office is over an hour away from my home but I will never go anywhere else!

Brought my daughter here and was very happy with the experience. Dr. Chun was very patient with her and had great bedside manners. She is knowledgeable and doesn't rush you out the door - she answers all your questions and makes you feel at east. Added bonus - a gorgeous office with an amazing waiting area for the kids. Will definitely continue going to see her. Highly recommend.
