DO NOT TRUST the Shutterman. The Shutterman was contracted to do an annual service for 430 unit condominium association. They were paid almost 50 dollars per unit. Most unit owners were not in residence during the service. The first time they came out to service my unit they in my unit for 2 minutes from the time they unlocked my door to the time they locked my door. What they didnt know was that my front door records when it is unlocked and relocked. I have 6 shutters that were supposed to be serviced. The company employee was clearly not doing his job. They did not expect to be checked up on
