If I could give more than 5 ⭐️ I would. When we decided to use plantation shutters in our home in 2019, we met with multiple companies. As soon as we met with Katherine @ Shutter Up we knew we would be using this company for our project. From day one they handled our project seamlessly and on time. We separated our home windows up into 3 smaller projects and we were equally happy with all ordering and installation. Every employee we worked with was a pleasure. I ordered Plantation Shutters from Shutterup and couldn’t be happier with the final results. Tyler was easy to work with and promised my shutters in six weeks. Sure enough I received a call to set up installation at the six week mark. The installers were efficient and very helpful in describing how to take care of the shutters. I definitely recommend Shutterup if you’re looking for a pleasant experience.

Its not usual that I leave reviews but this needs to be said.
I called this company to get shutters in my home in marco island and from beginning to end it flowed like water.
These guys were so easy and nice to deal with. They answered their phone or got back to you right away ( imagine that ) came over did their measuring, ordered it up ,came and installed them and it was done.
Will be using them again.

Great company all around! From measure to install, all expectations were exceeded. Tyler is so informative and patient. He is an expert in the field and really knows his stuff. We had shutters installed, product is top quality (have them in another property, after 4 years they still look brand new). I highly recommend this local business.

Both times the product was installed during the time frame they gave me and the installers were quick and professional. From the initial meeting explaining our options, to scheduling our install appointment, Katherine was professional and proficient.
The installers reached out to me an hour before they arrived and were punctual.
We paid a bit more for the shutters, however it shows in the product, it is beautiful and well made. The staff made our experience smooth and pleasant.

Heard them advertising on the radio and called when we moved in. Went to show room and was very impressed. Came quickly for measurements and quote. Built to order was ready on time and installed immediately after. I absolutely LOVE them! We recommended them to others and they all had the same experiences! Highly recommend!!!

We are looking for a great place to fill our home with plantation shutters. We know nothing about them. The second we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a fellow who was very knowledgeable. he told us he not only knew about shutters, but he used to build them years ago- so he told us about the difference between wood and manmade shutters, and the reason why it's good to have aluminum in the center if you have 4 1/2 inch shutters. He also showed us the many styles in the showroom, which he said is the best one in Naples.
