Our wide selection of carpeting is available in a multitude of colors, textures and patterns. We offer a large selection of wool carpets for your natural home, as well as the more common nylon and synthetic fiber carpets. It is a natural flooring product made of linseed oil and wood flour and has a warmer touch than the other resilient floors. Murnane Carpet and Floor just completed a fabulous (really beyond fabulous!) install in my rental unit. This was my first time working with Murnane, and it was a terrific experience all around. When I walked into their store on 'D' Street in downtown Santa Rosa, Linda was right there ready to listen as I explained my flooring project; she was so patient. Bob was helpful in the selection and purchasing process. He listened to our concerns and provided viable options for our budget.
The installers, Michael and Francisco, were courteous, prompt and professional. Michael communicated their progress each day and the home was left clean and organized each evening. The floor plan would have had some challenges for the average installer or D.I.Y. homeowner. But Michael and Francisco weren't concerned and the end result is beautiful and seamless.

Most recently they put a new laminate floor into a rental unit - Michael and Francisco were on time, polite, and did good work. The floor looks terrific. I highly recommend them.

Excellent craftsmanship in laying hardwood floors. They show up when they say they will, and give advance notice. Installers are fast, efficient, professional and courteous. Bob and Linda were both very helpful in my recent project of replacing the old carpet in my bedroom with a new engineered wood floor. When shopping for flooring, I also visited one of the big chains, and I found a huge difference in the level of knowledge and service between them. Bob and Linda were much nicer to work with, answered my questions well, and were very accommodating in letting me take flooring samples home to help with my decision. The chain store told me they could not let me take samples home because ... COVID. Which seems silly to me--it's a hard surface, I would think they could

From selection process to install, Bob and Linda provided amazing service, very competitive prices, and a 1:1 experience excellent small businesses provide. We were very particular about color and styles, with Murnane providing samples without hesitation. Their in-house installation crew were fast and did an amazing job installing new floorboards and carpet in our new home, in about a week after we finalized our selections.

We have used Bob and his team at Murnane carpet and floors 3 times in our current home and in our last home and other venues. This was the biggest and best job so far! We did the entire house. The guidance from Bob and Linda at the display room was great, the price was right and the two guys-Michael and Francisco-were friendly, hard working and came back to do some additional work we requested. Bob visited our home at the beginning and end of the project and communication was "spot on!" We felt Covid-safe during the entire process! Thanks again everyone!

We have used Murnane Carpet and Floor and worked with Bob and his staff to put flooring in three homes. Our current project is flooring in a fire rebuild. The hardwood installation is topnotch and we can't be happier with how the floors turned out! The communication between Bob and his staff is excellent (and we have used a lot of sub contractors which is usually a nightmare). They even went above and beyond and made a custom rug out of the leftover carpet from our stairs. I would not hesitate to use Murnane Carpet and Floor!

Bob and Co recently completed a large job putting both carpet and vinyl flooring in a rental unit we own, the job was done quickly, professionally and without any hassle... one small issue was noticed and corrected immediately. Though I have used Bob before on a small carpet job in my own home, I still went through the process of soliciting several bids for this larger job, Murnane Carpet & Floor not only had the best price (not by much) but I had the satisfaction of working with a local independent business and someone I trust. We purchased engineered hardwood floors in August 2016 from Bob Murnane and we couldn't be more pleased! This has been our first experience with refurnishing a house. We had looked at multiple stores before hearing about Murnane Carpet & Floor and we could see the quality of the wood stood out from others. Bob was very patient with us, and provided lots of helpful information about the choices of flooring. We chose an Acacia wood for our living room and dining room and love it so far. The installation was quick and easy, about 2 days. I strongly recommend them!
