Dan is a Arctic Cat Cat Master Gold Technician and has experience as a Service Manager, General Manager as well as owner during that time.

They need better techs, better service, better attitude!
Brought my bike to get the fork seals replaced. Asked for OEM or better parts, but they gave me discount garbage that they later admitted they had problems with often.
A few months after they did the job, the fork seals were already leaking. Asked them to fix it with higher quality parts, and they told me to buzz off.
Now the oil has dripped all down on my rotor and pads so not only do I need to pay someone else to redo the fork seals, I need new brakes pads and rotor now too!
Stay away from this place and take your money to someone more

So so happy with the service I received from Dan. Affordable, quick, and got the job done right. He stayed in contact with me and made sure I was in the loop.
I don’t want to bash other shops on here; but I do have to say Dan will have them beat by a long shot. He will take care of you and your bike. Would 100% recommend!!!

Dan and his crew are awesome!
He is our go to guy for everything quad we require.
He's helped us with all our bikes and even taken care of us and helped us get up and running when we were in Florence on the dunes and he was at the shop in Salem.... Great guy! Great crew! Best place for your outdoor ATV/ motocross needs!

They were able to figure out a problem on my old sxs that 2 other shops couldn't figure out. 1 of the shops had the unit for almost 3 months. Dan's had it figured out in 30 minutes and charged my accordingly. I work for an extended warranty company, my job is to work with shops on claims. This is one of the few shops that actually had competent techs. Will always recommend them.

Horrible work! They did more damage to my quads then anything. Nothing was done right!!! Some bolt were to short to be anything but a display piece, Others so over torqued that they'll never come out without snapping. They even took parts off of one of my quads and put them on the other. Also threw away one of my parts! I should get a full refund AND paid for all the work I had to pay ANOTHER SHOP to fix EVERYTHING DAN'S WREAKED! ZERO STARS

Absolutely phenomenal business. The staff was really knowledgeable and went out of there way to take care of me. I rode down from Portland and when I arrived they had sold out of the part that I needed. Well without missing a beat the guy at the counter picked up his tools and grabbed the part I needed right off a showroom bike. This part was for my sons dirtbike that I ordered online but after a month of waiting and not being able to ride I started to expand my search area.
