Roots Gymnastics Center is dedicated to providing a safe, healthy learning environment that inspires children physically, socially and emotionally through the sport of gymnastics. At Roots we believe that gymnastics programs offers the baseline for development in all sports by teaching the foundations of coordination, strength, flexibility, balance and general fitness.

Services
Located at 209 Root Road, we are situated about three miles from Exit 41 (old Exit 3) on the MassPike. Our flagship location, here in Westfield we offer a variety of programs starting at 6 months old through the teen years. Roots Gymnastics Center West is home to our Competitive Teams and Ninja Warrior Classes.

This place is an amazing place. I'm a gymnast at Roots and enjoy it there so much. I've been doing gymnastics for almost 10 years now since I was little. I'm currently a gymnast on the Xcel Bronze team. I suggest that you go here if you'd like to enroll your, child/children. The coaches are very nice and give amazing tips. The equipment is very stable. The coaches are very good at making sure the equipment is stable before any child goes on it if you were worrying about the equipment. Around the end of the season for gymnastics, they have an End Of The Year Show performed by

This is a great family run top of the line facility. My daughter does the pea in the pod class with Danielle and she is absolutely fantastic with the kids, and gosh I wish I had her high spirits!! I can't wait to spend many more years with this company watching my daughter love of gymnastics grow!! I'd highly recommend them to anyone. They even have this awesome ninja warrior class for the older kids!!

Just had my son's 5th birthday party here today. Jason was amazing, very friendly and had a ton of energy. He greeted us at the door, made my son feel like a "rock star" (he called him that from the moment we walked in till the moment we left). He helped unload our car and gave us a quick overview of what to expect. The roots team greeted all of our guests the ones who arrived early and late.
