All Stars Gymnastics offers Open Gym on the following Saturday afternoons listed below. This clinic is open to AAU, Level 2 Team, Level 3 Team, Cheerleaders, Dance Students and Preteam.

Heading North on I-91- Take the Kennedy Rd, Exit #39. Go straight through the first set of lights and take a left turn on to Hayden Station road at the 4 way stop. All Stars is the first building on your right. Located across the street where River Road ends in to Hayden Station Road. Heading South on I-91 - Take the airport exit #40 (RT20).

We love the open gym for kids on Friday mornings! Our two-year old is learning so much about his abilities, trying exciting things, growing more confident, and developing social skills. It's great for us parents, too, as we get to meet other adults. It's a nice, open-ended experience for children to explore the gym at their own pace and with their own preferences. LOVE IT!
