Acceleration Clause: Allows the lender to speed up the rate at which your loan comes due or even to demand immediate payment of the entire outstanding balance of the loan should you default on you loan. Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM): A mortgage in which the interest rate is adjusted periodically, based on a pre-selected index.
A number of factors determine the price range of homes you'll want to preview - one of these factors is loan pre-qualification. With my knowledge of the mortgage market, I'll help you make an informed decision as to the type of loan you'll want. There are many different types of loans to consider - FHA, VA, Conventional and even Bad Credit Loans.
