Being passionate about the process of coloring and cutting hair, my goal is to keep improving my skills to better serve my guests and exceed their expectations and desires. It doesn't get any better than this. For a men's cut, I didn't think a full salon was worth it but I'm happy to say I'm hooked on the level of service, professionalism, and warm vibe you get when you visit.
Alcinda cuts my hair and has ruined me for ever getting my hair done anywhere else, she's great. Highly recommend a visit. I have been involved in the beauty industry since 2003 by attending fashion and creative design classes that have helped me develop my artistic side. I am licensed in Cosmetology and further my education by attending renowned hair stylists' classes such as Nick Arrojo, Beth Minardi, Vidal Sassoon and many others.
Hello my name is Jessica, I knew I wanted to be a hairstylist since I was a little girl. I remember going to the hair salon with my mom for hours while she got her hair styled, thinking I was in a magical place. I was fascinated with the stylists' work; client's hair always looked so shiny and bouncy by the time they left.
I was fortunate to have been born and raised in the Santa Cruz mountains, and I have always loved the eclectic blend of people who reside between the mountains and the sea. There is so much character in this unique town, and I believe this has shaped my decision in pursuing an artistic career in styling.

Thank you Thayse for a wonderful cut and color!! I was so pleased with how my first time at the salon started off right away. She sat with me and really listened to me about my hair concerns and what I was looking for. And what a treat it was to be pampered with organic shampoos, conditioners and coloring products. There is real attention to detail and that was very important to me. I was loyal to my previous hair stylist for over 8 years in Los Angeles and I am so happy to have found my new go to stylist here in Santa Cruz!
