I highly recommend this company!
I have been having trouble with my water for a few weeks now and lost water to my house 3 times. I had 2 other companies out and they couldnt figure out what was wrong. Josh came out today and within minutes of being at my house figured out the problem and fixed it. He is very knowledgable. The owners of the company helped me after hours with my questions and fit me into their busy schedule so I was not left with no water. Thank you so much Eddie and Josh for all your help! Heidekruger will be my go to for my well and water problems from now on.

We built a new home in south west palm bay, and the builder used the cheapest/worst well company in Brevard (D&E Wells, if you are wondering). No one would come out to put their water softening equipment on our brand new house, and our water was AWFUL - straight up sand and clay plus so much chlorine you could smell it in the house. After making several panicked phone calls, several (5+ local) softening companies recommended that we have a new well drilled and that they preferred to work with Heidekruger. I called Heidekruger and explained our situation, and they got us on the rotation for an emergency

My water pressure would drop and star pushing air out the lines. I called and advised someone will be out in a couple days. I met with Josh who I provided information to. He noticed my well had already been repaired and it may be failing. I advised I'd rather have a new well put in than attempt a fix. They came out a few days after and put the new well in. Water and pressure have been great since. Very professional, affordable price and reliable company. Definitely will use and recommend them.

Josh came out for the 2nd time since we bought our place and again he fixed our issues. I am very happy with his performance.
The office... not so much. Called 3 times before I was finally passed along to Josh. This won't prevent me from using their service, it will force me not to wait 3 days for answers.

Technician came to the house for an outside leaking pipe. He was unable to find the well. He told me would be back in a week with his supervisor to search for the well, we would be paying by the hour. I agreed, I need to know the location of the well. After multiple calls to confirm that I was on the schedule, I sat and waited. By 3pm, I called and was told that I was not on any schedule. She did not have time to send her technician to search for my well.
It would have been nice to be told they didn't have time, a week earlier. They did nothing but waste my time.

Had our water pump randomly stop working yesterday! Was desperate to get the water back on asap to be able to get a shower and do normal day to day functions! Called and they came that very same day! The technician that came (I'm not sure of his name,I wish I would've asked, he was a very nice and honest gentleman) came out and fix the problem in no time! Didn't try to sell us anything extra we didn't need and got everything back into working order in minutes and showed me what the problem was and possibly how to fix on my own in the future!
