This company is priced high above other companies. We are very happy with work done from competitor at a MUCH better price. Look up the cost of the supplies they use, you will see a huge difference in their price and what it would cost for you to get the part yourself.

We called GW for a problem with our control box for our pump and lights for our pool. There was a problem at the first attempt to fix our problem but after contacting the office a gentlemen name Daniel went into action and solved our problem at no extra cost and professionalism it was a pleasurable experience and in the end found out he was the owner of the company good to see people who stand behind their company will call them again thanks Dan.

Huge shout out to GW Pumps & Purification for installing our new hot water heater yesterday. After the old one flooded out last Thursday we set up an appointment with Home Depot to have one installed on Saturday. Well, the tech didn't show up and stopped answering calls so I decided to go local but everywhere was closed Sun/Mon for the holiday weekend. After calling around various places yesterday and being told I would have to wait 1 to 2 weeks GW Pumps & Purification rearranged their schedule and got a guy out yesterday afternoon. The tech, Ray, was nothing but nice and helpful

Let me start by saying I have only 4 stars because there is always room for improvement (I use that in my work also).
With that said I had top notch service and have not had one problem since my install about a yr ago. I take care of a building that had a band aid original system, they unstood my needs and concerns to have water on by the end of day when installing an entirely new system.
I look forward to working with them again to set my system up to my security system to get system warnings.

We had a well pump quit working, means no water! Called GW and within an hour a service tech was at our home and took care of our pump problem. GREAT SERVICE! Need pump repair done? Call GW!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company/team. Polite, punctual, accommodating, and reasonably priced. My shallow well pump went out and I was without water for a little over a day. Everyone I called said they couldn't have a field service rep to my place until 3 days later. Finally, I found GW Pump's info online around 1pm and reached out. After they heard my predicament, they contacted a FSR that was finishing up with another job and got me scheduled for later that afternoon. They assessed/repaired my pump and got everything up and running again for me. I wish there were more

My hot water heater burst and GW Pumps was able to quickly send Gary out to replace my hot water heater for a competitive price. Gary did a phenomenal job, he is very experienced and knowledgeable. I already used them on a second job and I highly recommend them!

In April 2018 GW Pumps and Purification installed a new pool pump system at my home. Daniel O'Brien was professional, personable, and listened carefully to my wishes, suggesting two options for a new pool pump system to meet my criteria. I selected to install a Pentair/Sta-Rite Brand VS series pump with 1-1/2 maximum horsepower variable speed with motor and electronic control panel for set up of three operational speeds and one "quick clean" speed. I have an under-the-sink reverse osmosis system that stopped producing water. I called yesterday and could have had someone come out then had I been home, but Gary came out today and was FANTASTIC!!!!! He is very knowledgable and answered all of my questions in layman's terms. He was extremely professional, kind, and caring. I already plan to use this company again in the new year for my routine maintenance for my water softener system. I couldn't be more pleased with this company. Fair pricing, speedy service, kind and professional people, what more can I ask for!

This is mostly not true. Don't do business with this company! I was paying as agreed on. They installed pump and left before testing it. It didn't work but no one would come out again except to remove it and cancel

Dan was very professional and thorough. We called at 4 am and the work was done the same day, on a Saturday, in a timely manner and cost less than what I expected. We will be a loyal customer and will recommend GW Pumps and Purification to everyone we know and anybody looking for a reliable, honest, and all around exceptional company.

I'm looking at previous reviews and surprised! I'm not sure if they changed their manager, changed their staff, or just changed the way they operate; anyway I'm fully satisfied by professionalism of Gary, my technician and how educational he was with my water softener issue.


Pricing was fair and quick, and fast service. Great communications, easy methods of payment, and neat business.

I'm sorry to hear previous clients has some been unsatisfied but I'm sure the future ones will be fully satisfied with them.

The president, Daniel O'Brian, really was on point with his up front pricing options and matching the customers needs to his available product offerings. Very impressed with this company. They have a great business platform. Bids can be emailed for clarity. Pricing is transparent. The company represents good honest hardworking employees. They also carry & install the worlds highest quality hybrid, tank & tankless water heaters(RHEEM). You won't be disappointed if you pick this company we've had a chance to get to know them & interact with them and we're very impressed!

We called this company to come prime our pump. That's all we needed. This woman came out, critical of the pipe coming from the well to the house. Before my husband could stop her, she cut off the pipe...then didn't have the correct parts to fix, so put it right back the same way it was. My husband said, I'm not paying for that, you didn't have to do that. She said, I can just leave right now, and leave you with no water. How terribly unprofessional.
She then proceeded to actually do what we asked. She took out her pumping device, and began the process. It took quite awhile

Beware - if you want to write about YOUR experience be prepared for the owner to harass you! I've been contacted multiple times by e-mail and even given another unsolicited lecture about how they are still right and I am wrong and then asked to change my review because negative reviews impact their livelihood! Seriously? Paying over $300 for nothing impacted us. Just reinforces what we experienced and I wrote about in my original review - the company and its employees see things one way - theirs, and no other perspective or experience receives even the briefest consideration.

I called them for the first time late in the afternoon and they came out the very next day and fixed my pool pump leak as well as took down my pump information to be prepared to fix or replace the bearings on it if it breaks down. I give them 5 stars. I didn't realize they were so close. Very happy with my service.
