I'm looking to move to DC and recently inquired about LIZ on 14th st. Desiree Blackstone gave me a wonderful tour and taught me so much about the area. From the roof top she was able to point out tourists destinations and monuments I had never seen before, not being local. Desiree even recommended an amazing tapas restaurant (Barcelona Wine Bar, so good!!!) when I mentioned being hungry at the end of the tour.
I had a great experience with Urban Pace and look forward to doing business with them in the near future!

Steve Swank sold me my investment home at The Adamo. Steve was very knowledgeable about the overall market and great to work with. There were delays in construction but Steve was very communicative in providing updates. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a Condo from Steve Swank with Urban Pace. Steve was an excellent sales manager. I form out of the DC area and needed an agent that could work with my schedule and not being in DC. Steve was able to work with my schedule and support me from me from afar. He listened to what my needs were and had many great recommendations. Steve knows the DC market and was able to find several condos that met my needs. I thought I knew the DC market and after working with Steve learned there was much more to know. Steve is a great listener and communicator. Steve was alway prepared and on time

Dealing with Urban Pace has been a complete nightmare, and I would run, not walk from any listing that involves dealing with them.

I truly have nothing positive to say about my experience with them - that has cost me thousands of dollars in dealing with their mistakes, misinformation and poor communication.

If you value your sanity and money, think twice.

We are buyers at Brooks Row, and it's important to remember that Urban Pace is acting as the sales office for Brooks Row and Lock 7 Development. As the sales office, they were only useful in getting us to sign on the dotted line and hand over an earnest money deposit. It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with Urban Pace because (1) their communications are awful (untimely, no responses to emails, no responses to phone calls) and (2) they provide inaccurate, misleading information. For example, the delivery date was: optimistically April, realistically June, it should be September,

Urban Pace is totally unreliable. I worked with them when I was looking for a condo and they gave me misleading information about the property, timeline, and DC zoning regulations. Once they secured the payment of the deposit for the purchase, problems started arising and they immediately stopped communicating, ignoring both emails and phone calls. Terrible customer service and total lack of responsiveness. I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy.

My partner and I contracted to buy a unit at the Lumen several months ago. Since then, they have given misleading and contradictory information about the status of code violations preventing occupancy. Their representative doesn't seem to have the information herself, which speaks to a deeper problem at this company and the developers they work with.

Several weeks ago, we moved my belongings in to the unit, and were told the C of O was imminent. It was not. My girlfriend and i are sleeping on a mattress in an empty apartment. This has cost us thousands of dollars and no small
