Northwest Implants & Periodontics has a reputation for offering the most complete periodontal care in a friendly, inviting, and professional environment. When you visit our practice, you're not just another smile-you're family! Dr. Fred Farhat and our entire periodontal team are dedicated to your health and helping you maintain your beautiful smile for many years to come.
If you'd like to share some kind words and smiles, please ask our front desk staff for a comment card at your next appointment. We'd love to hear about your experience! Farhat is friendly, caring and professional but what I most appreciate is his attention to cleanliness and keeping a sterile environment when doing his work.
People are living longer than ever, and while regular brushing, flossing, and checkups allow many of us to maintain our natural smiles for a lifetime, sometimes our teeth just can't keep up. If you've lost a tooth (or a few teeth) due to injury or disease, dental implants can rejuvenate both your smile and your oral health.
There are times when it is necessary to remove a tooth. Sometimes a baby tooth has misshapen or long roots that prevent it from falling out as it should, and the tooth must be removed to make way for the permanent tooth to erupt. At other times, a tooth may have so much decay that it puts the surrounding teeth and jaw at risk of decay, so your doctor may recommend removal and replacement with a bridge or implant.

With three of my four Gum Graphs Complete I can say my experience with Dr Farhat and Staff has been amazing. They are professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable and safe with what can be an intimidating procedure. My results have been amazing and feel confident with my 5 star review/recommendation.
