Long term customer of many years. Most everybody that works there cares about the customers. But there are some issues that I take exception to with the practice which is also partly about the state of insurance these days. I needed an MRI but BC/BS needed a peer review. They just do not do them and instead direct you to an specialist. Another is that if you need records they will charge you for them. They were upfront about it but the cost is fairly high which I paid. Guess they figure your going to someone else. I am on the fence about going down to a practice associated with UF as I feel like
