Your child and family deserve excellent medical care from a Pediatrician (MD) in all aspects of Pediatric medicine, starting from birth through young adulthood. We provide excellent, high quality, academically up-to-date medicine and compassionate care for the children of High Springs, Fort White, Alachua, Branford, Lake City, Newberry, Gainesville & its surrounding neighborhood communities.
What does a well visit include? Some sports physicals are only valid for a year, and so a new well visit needs to be done at that time. The purpose of a well visit is to monitor the child's growth patterns and screen for any physical exam findings, vital signs, lifestyle issues, or other information that may indicate developing health issues.
After the office hours, parents and patients can reach the doctor (MD) any time 24/7, including Sat & Sun. You will get a reply from the doctor, not from an answering service. After discussing with parents and patients, if the doctor thinks they need some medication, he will call the local pharmacy for the medicine or recommend you to go to the nearest ER.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company if it is listed below. Upon receipt of an Explanation of Benefits (EOB), co-insurance, deductibles and any responsible party balances due immediately. You will not be billed for contractual allowances. It is the absolute responsibility of the insured (member) or the parent using the insurance policy to know their own coverage benefits and eligibility.

I met Dr Johnathan (therapist) via Dr Nasir (primary physician). Amazing collaboration and such empathy towards patients and families get treatment. I feel like family to Dr Nasir, primary. And I feel Dr Johnathan is my good friend. I can disclose everything I feel and expect in return "my frown turned upside down". His ability to empathize and put himself in your shoes, as well as become interactive in your treatment, by giving you weekly assignments at home, really has helped me improve my view about myself and life. I wouldn't trade this team of Doctors for anything! Looking forward to family
