I would give them 2-3 stars if it wasn’t for their staff (Laura). I do a lot of dry cleaning and these guys get VERY picky around coupons. Given the amount of business I offer, I want to know I’m getting the very best deal, and discount available, Or quite frankly, I’m not going to use you.
I highly suggest you make it easier for repeat customers to get best available discount (a note on the customer record in the CRM?) with or without having to spend 5 minutes finding the email (and remembering to take my phone in to the store with me every time). I had the same issue in the New Tampa location
