How often is your cleaning solvent sterilized? McNatt's Cleaners uses the most technically advanced equipment, which actually distills the operating solvent during each and every cleaning cycle. Additionally, all of the solvent receives a second distillation on a daily basis. What are my payment options?
We setup your account, gather your service preferences, and confirm your instructions for delivery service when you are not at home. With our first pickup, our driver will provide you with two labeled bags and a door hanger. You can always get more bags if you need them.
Just leave your bag(s) outside your front door or at a location mutually agreed upon by 8:00 am on your designated pickup day and your cleaned garments and linens are returned in 3 days (i.e.Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday, depending on your location. With your first pick-up Mr. McNatt is offering 50% off on your dry cleaning and laundered garments.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
I dropped off two blankets and two down comforters, my total was $160.00. I did not mind spending the money due to not wanting to ruin the comforters, on my own.
I dropped them off, they told me they would text message me when everything was ready. A week and half went by And I decided to go check on them. The gentleman gave me the blankets and I went home. I didn’t think to check them because well it’s a cleaners.. the only job they have is to clean! When I got home to make the bed, our king size down comforter was wet and smelt like mold.

Uh, is it me or is this place insanely expensive? I dropped off a women's suit, a child's dress, and 4 shirts and it was over 100$? Seriously? I never paid attention to the pricing and went to look on their website, and no prices anywhere. I was using this because it was close and shame on me for not checking the prices ever. I bet most people don't check. This is not NY people. I will go elsewhere.

Bad customer service! I pulled up, two attendants talking. I had to get out to get help. Then after I provided my receipt. Mind you, this is a drive thru service. I waited for a couple of minutes, she continued to talk, then I said "hello". The blonde replied, "I'm getting your stuff." Then she walked to retrieve my items. Upon payment, she handed/took the signed receipt with an attitude. If looks could kill I'd be dead.

Worst experience with cleaners I've ever had.
I took a jacket in to repair a belt loop, they told me it would take a week.
I just picked it up and paid almost $7, hit to my car and realized they cleaned it but didn't fix the belt loop. I didn't ask for it to be cleaned. I went back in, they said oh well I told you I required cleaning before she would work on it and she said she can't fix it.
First of all, I was never told it required cleaning.
Seconf of all, why wasn't I called when you realized you couldn't provide your services to me? Or at the very least, tell

The staff is supper friendly and always helpful in answering any questions. The prices seem to compare to others in the area and I have had no problems or issues with the quality of service. They also have same day service if you drop them off before 9 AM I believe. The drive through also makes things nice if your in a hurry and don't wish to get out of the car...

Would not recommend if you are trying to get alterations completed. I have been waiting 2 weeks and made 2 trips, for 2 shirts to be altered and after today neither one is even started. A wasted 2 weeks in my opinion and I paid for the dry cleaning of the shirts which does me no good because now I still need to get the original alterations completed and both shirts cleaned again :-(
