Services
We actively engage in personal and professional development, so we can offer clients a variety of tools to aid in their own self-discovery and empowerment. CBT is utilized to help individuals better manage their mood and functioning by identifying and changing unhelpful thinking patterns. Through the use of CBT, healthy coping strategies will be developed to replace maladaptive behaviors.
As a child and adolescent, I struggled with anxiety and self-image. It frequently impeded on my ability to pursue my goals because I was too busy worrying about gaining the approval of others or not being good enough. As an adult, I have struggled with chronic illness, which has, at times, made it difficult to just get through the day.
The first thing I want you to know is that I believe it is an honor and a privilege to do this work. I enjoy working with families to create deeper connection and fulfillment in their relationships; and one-on-one with children, adolescents, and adults to develop a life path that feels more meaningful and joyous.
