The American Rescue Plan Act made dramatic changes in health insurance affordability, especially for higher-income households, since the income cap for receiving financial assistance was removed; now most families spending more than 8.5% of their household income on health insurance premiums are eligible for assistance.

So I called Robert directly as he is the owner of the agency. I was thinking I'd use a local insurance person, to keep my business local. He asked me all the questions needed to apply for life insurance. What prescriptions am I taking, family history etc. We were on the phone for a good 25 minutes. At the end of all the questions, he asked what my email address was and said he send me one after the phone call and follow-up with a couple of life insurance offers. He never emailed me after the call and I never heard from him. After all the personal questions to qualify me, not a word from him. I

I was very disappointed. Im a securing a loan for my home. Trying to include taxes and ins. This area has been extreamly impacted with new fire policies. Robert did not seem interested in helping me achieve the insurance needed to secure my loan. Basically told me he had no time and to look elsewhere. I have never commented negativity on any business in my life!! I'm in a desperate situation and there was no concern to offer ANY assistance. Just wow.

I was extremely fortunate to be assigned to Robert through the Covered California Sign-Up process. I was a first time participant and he very thoughtfully helped me work through the process of determining the appropriate retirement income level to declare and how that would best fit into the best Medical coverage plan possible. He had suggestions that I would never have been able to figure out doing it myself. I highly recommend him and appreciate his help.

My previous insurance agency cancelled due to fire risk but Farmers was able to insure me no problem.These guys came to my house and gave me an accurate price on my home owners insurance. Adam was a huge help and explained every aspect of my policy. I feel very educated and confident in my homeowners policy now and i know whats covered and whats not covered. Adam also answed all my questions and worked hard to find every possible option for my needs and wants in my policy. He also saved me a lot of money by combining my auto insurance so in the end I got better coverage and saved money. Win win

Robert Lenoil with Farmer's insurance agency has been wonderful. My company has workmen's comp, commercial automotive and general insurance through Farmer's and we are thrilled with the service.
