I can't say enough good things about Jeremy Barkhurst and team - they've been on top of every need we've had since we started using them for homeowner's, auto and RV insurance two years ago. Jeremy and his team are absolutely amazing and we are so happy that we have been with them for years now. When we remodeled our home Jeremy personally came out to take a look and give us his professional opinion for insuring it. We really appreciated him taking the time to do that and for putting his own eyes on it to make sure we were covered to the fullest if anything were to happen. Him and his team are always super helpful and sweet. I highly recommend them.

Elaine has been my agent for years now. And I love the personal connect she makes with us. Always checking in, updating us on changes and in general just giving us new info or things that are available to us. We have renters insurance for both me and my mom, and multiple cars and drivers covered! Love her and customer service she offers!

Switched to State Farm after leaving AllState ins. behind, after 20 yrs. The releasing, All-State had a claims adjuster who lied, in writing, about a situation, and paid out a claim that she stated that she would deny. I caught her red handed in that lie. So, I made the jump, and so far, so good. The one sticking point, is in steering me to use THEIR preferred collision places, when in fact in California, I can take my car anywhere. So, time will tell.

Having to shop for insurance is a nightmare, especially during fire season. And even if you can keep your insurance, the rates have gone up so much they basically run you off. A friend in my neighborhood told me State Farm was doing some cutting edge preventative services and had a great experience with a local Rep. I absolutely love Jeremy and Elaine at our local State Farm office. They have saved us THOUSANDS of dollars by fighting to get us the best rates possible and they always take the time to understand our unique needs. Our old insurance company treated us like a number... There was no personal connection, we spoke to a different representative each time we called and nobody genuinely cared about our business. Jeremy and Elaine not only care about keeping our business, but they care about us on a personal level too. Each time I call, it's more like friends chatting than a business transaction

I met Jeremy and put off getting a quote from him, for a while. We have AAA and I thought, "it's not broke, and it was a better rate than the previous insurance...". Finally sent Jeremy's office our information and within hours, he saved us over a $1000.00 a year! Don't trust the quote given to you by Jeremy. I was quoted a rate better than my last insurance company and switched to State Farm. One month later, I learn that the rate had gone up $1600 more than what he quoted for a 6 month premium! Although Jeremy knew it had tripled, he did not bother to reach out to me and waited for me to find out in the mail with a new statement requesting more money. This was one month after the policy went into effect. So when I changed my insurance back to my previous insurance company, they only returned a fraction of my money because they based my refund
