I applied for a job and got a call from Bob who was very interested in the beginning. After spending a few minutes on my background, the conversation turned to salary. I didn't want to give my salary history and all of a sudden the talk about "building a relationship" was just phony, and he acted all brusque and got a "can't do" attitude. He is unaware that people don't want to be rejected based on salary, but he doesn't care, that's what he does. I don't recommend them.
