I wouldn't buy anything from them bought a new 2021 Kawasaki Mule broke down at 5 hours got back broke down at 15 hours they are a very rude company taking advantage of a elderly disabled man that had a kidney transplant and fighting lung cancer that bought it too feed and water his animals while on chemo treatment every 3 weeks so now I pay a attorney too take them too court to sue them and carry buckets too try too keep my animals alive dont deal with them it could happen too you

Very unfriendly counter help.i buy small tools very satisfied with products. But they act like they don't care for the business. I see them selling a hi $ sale boy there ur best of friends. All sales large or small should be the same that little perches add up it keeps the business going also.an I'm not even going to get into the problems my daughter had to get a pull string for are chain saw OMG.

One of the most dysfunctional equipment dealers I've ever seen. If you need parts you can't just simply go to the parts counter. They have a system that once you find the part you have to deal with the salesman. If the salesman is currently occupied with another customer you get to wait. Then once you've dealt with the salesman you can simply pay for the part. Their system requires him to put it into the computer and then a person upfront takes your money. An example of how poorly the system works: I walked in the front door, I picked up the chain that I needed for my particular

I bought a riding mower last year and I have returned three times in the past year for parts. I am able to find the part on amazon in half the time they can find it in their system. Even when i give them the part number. Staff is not helpful and not particularly friendly. Amazon doesnt put small businesses out of business, poor customer service does. Such a shame.

The sales rap ideal with is very friendly and helpful and went out his way you get what I needed he did a great job I'm very pleased and very happy cuz it was a very stressful time for me I had to go out of my comfort zone to do what I had to do they made it very much easy I'm very pleasant experience

I purchased a tractor from a company that Baxla acquired.
My own personal experience with buying replacement parts has been horrific.
The utter lack of emotional intelligence displayed by parts staff has driven me elsewhere.
It is sad that I have used Kubota products for more than 20 years, and that I will never darken the door of Baxla, ever again.
I have purchased a John Deere and I've moved on.
Easiest decision I've made in a long time.
Avoid this place like the plague.
