Thank God there is a real deal farm equipment store in Burgaw. The staff is always helpful and get you anything needed as fast as humans can. The parts guys are top notch and know what they are doing. I can't say enough good things about that parts counter. My Harley is Massey red and black, I grew up on Massey farm and my Grandfather was MF all the way. JohnD salesman came out and gave all us kids JD 10 speed bicycles back in 1978 trying to get Grandpa to buy green, but we always kept MF and still do. White tractor supply is the friend you need to keep farming.

I buy all my equipment their! Prices are very competitive and stick by their word. Which means a lot in today's world.

Quick, friendly service. Had to have some welding done on a cylinder. I got there at 8am and left at 8:20am.

Had to order part three times to get it right when they reimburse me they reimbursed me for the cheapest one which was $30 difference than the right one even sending it to the house I still had to drive down there twice to bring the wrong parts back from Havelock 80 miles

Will only honor warranty if you buy from them. Their pocket is what matters not what they sale, but where you buy it. Not making a manufacture stand behind what they offer for sale lays question to it all.

Bought my tractor there after researching tractors and places to purchase. Very pleasant experience. The tractor developed a problem , they came and picked it up and repaired. Tractor came back cleaner than when it left. Didn't cost me a dime. I would recommend this company without any reservations.
