We take special pride in the dedication of our well-trained, caring staff. Not only have they undergone education required by the State Board of Dental Examiners, but they also participate in weekly re-training sessions. As a result, our staff is up-to-date on the latest in orthodontics. Furthermore, each of our staff members is instructed to be a patient advocate.
Due to an unusually high rate (40+%) of no-show appointments, we have stopped offering evening and Saturday hours. Since 1970, we have developed a positive reputation. We strive to be on time. Our scheduling system, well-trained staff and controlled number of patients allow us to fulfill this promise.

Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, debit cards along with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We offer "NO INTEREST" monthly payment plans through our office as well.

Doctors Raj and Ty Saini are running a world class orthodontic practice in Columbia, MD. They are both very knowledgeable. And they work great as a team to come up with a personalized treatment plan for each individual patient. I have seen sooo many Orthodontist and dentist but this practice is by far the best! From the administration team to the assistants to seeing Dr. Saini and Dr. Ty my experience was amazing! They actually listened to my concerns, created an individualized treatment plan specific to my needs and kept me updated with any changes of my plan! They were diligent and worked with me regarding concerns or problems I had. The office is clean, neat and I always felt welcomed (plus they always had great coupons for toothpaste and mouthwash)! They are well educated and very thorough when explaining treatment

I was thinking of getting orthodontic treatment for years, but I was afraid of getting braces as an adult. When I consulted with Dr. Saini, I realized that getting treatment is the right decision for me. I smile more freely now that my teeth are straight and beautiful. My family have been patients of Saini Orthodontics for two years and we are greatly satisfied with the care we receive. The doctors are knowledgeable and fully explain the plan of care. The doctors and office staff are friendly and approachable. It's also easy to make an appointment. One family member is almost finished with orthodontic care and the results are fantastic. Drs. Saini have provided me a level of care and treatment which completely exceeded my expectations. They truly care about the patient, and go extremely far out of their way to ensure the treatment makes sense for the patient's condition and the patient's end goal.
