No-one has given me better or faster IT service than New York Geek Girls! Within an hour my website was back up. They figured out some hardware issues remotely that had other companies who were on-site baffled.
I will hire them to do an overhaul of my server set-up once the quarantine ends.

New York Geek girls was a huge disappointment. My tech arrived one and a half hours late, and apparently was unfamiliar with my ticket and the idea of backing up a photo archive to an external drive. Which I found more than surprising for a digital tech. Shouldn't he have arrived knowing how to perform the task on my ticket?
In addition, I had requested an overall digital check to see if I have adequate backups and redundancies (eg: is time machine recommended over acronite/crashplan/other backups) for my purposes. To review both major photo streams/storage (personal iphone and art photos

Roberta was brilliant - I contacted her on Saturday evening via email and she replied within the hour and was able to come out the next morning (Sunday). My issue (wifi connectivity and printer setup) was successfully resolved quickly and she was informative and friendly to deal with.
