I followed Dr. Walker from her previous practice at Hanover Family Physicians. Her work is stellar: she actually listens to me, is cordial and attentive and forgives me my timing. My grief is with the office and how it is managed: the waiting room is spartan at best and religious at worst. I LOATHE calling in for appointments—the receptionists have NEVER PICKED UP on a call and prefer to call back at their leisure like, say, when I'm driving or out in public where I would have to talk about my private business in front of strangers. Even in the office, trying to sign in for my appointment is

This practice has not taken new patients for FOUR years. Their website makes you think you can call and get care. You can't. There is no wait list and I was told they are overloaded with patients.
Toby Blatt seems to not understand what I am talking about and why I gave one star. You are a patient there. I was told I would have to wait three to four years for an opening.

I have been going to this practice for over 11 years, starting out seeing Dr. Cook before she moved on to a different practice. Dr. Cook and Dr. Pam were terrific and took time with me as well as Kristen and one other NP. However, trying to communicate with the front office on multiple occasions they have been very unprofessional and on multiple occasions couldn’t get through to try to make an appointment. When I tried to make an appointment for my daughter last year I was told that she could not come back because “once you are here and leave the practice you can’t come back”... When my

This is worst practice I ever came across! The receptionist who answers the phone had a attitude when I first called to make appt said it would be 4 weeks out which was fine I scheduled appt and then weeks go by I misunderstood her on the phone and thought she said 9:45 when I called to say I was going to be 5-10 mins late, they told me it was 9:30 not 9:45. When I then said well if I have to rescheduled when would it be? She says “ we clearly aren’t the practice for you and hangs up the phone” I’ve never had a dr office speak to me so rudely and be so unprofessional hanging up on me. Well

I've been a patient here since 2008 and have never had anything but exceptional service and care. I've worked with Dr. Pam and two NP's who are all amazing. I currently work with Christen and she takes time during appointments, listens to my concerns and is open to things I suggest (different procedures, etc.). I've never had any bad experiences with the receptionists at all. Highly recommend them.

The doctors might be good, but i guess i would never know as the secretary i spoked with didn't care one bit whether I became a patient or not! Being a nurse myself I know what patients are looking for, even over the phone. I was not given that welcoming or caring feeling that i was looking within a healthcare entity. The secretary that i was trying to schedule an appointment with, acted as if i was bothering her!
The questions that i asked her were, can i be emailed an confirmation of the appointment with directions on where to print out new patient forms, which was well within reason, matterfact

I’m not sure why people are complaining (other than that’s what people do and do it like it’s theor job). Front office is solid and Dr. Walker is awesome. I followed her from her previous practice. They are quick to call me back with lab results and I when I call I get a call back by the end of the day. I can get an appointment within a day or so of calling. Dr. Walker takes her time while speaking with you and explains her treatment decisions and welcomes your input if you have a different opinion or want to follow a different treatment path.
