I have to say.. I'm extremely disappointed with the manner in which this company does business.
I brought my boat in by appointment, in April, to be fixed, they diagnosed it and was garunteed it could be fixed.
They said there was a leak in my tank and I needed to order a new, so I did as they requested. They installed he new tank and I paid them for a job that I was told was completed. After finding out that my tank is still leaking, I called them to inform them that the issue hadn't been addressed. I was told I'd get a call back soon from Jeremy. After waiting for nearly a week, no call back

I am very thankful for constant, expert level service that Jeremy and his team provide at C & C Marine. They know what they are doing.
They have serviced my boat on MAJOR and minor issues. The repairs are made correctly and quickly and BOOM, I am back on the water.
Many of my fishing buddies feel the same way.

The wife had finally given me the ok to buy a boat. I called a few dealership's of brands I was interested in with good online promotions but they would never call me back. John of C & C marine in Newcastle answered and invited me to make the 2.5 hour drive to see his Vexus boats.
I arrived and John and his team were friendly and kind. They spent probably an hour walking me through the different models and their features.
When most places wont even return a call it was an easy choice, they earned my business.

This is my first power boat. I bought it off the show room floor. When I picked the boat up, the staff provided no review of any of the boat systems nor any of the safety features. When I had a friend offer to help me, he noted that there were no stern tie down straps (imagine if the bow eye winch had failed. on my way home and the boat had come off the trailer onto the freeway!). The salesman told me to go to Home Depot and buy straps that C&C would reimburse me for (so much for customer service!). They say the 2 happiest days in your life is the day you buy your boat and the day you sell your boat. I would like to add a 3rd "happiest" day.....the day Jeremy and his service crew at C&C Marine take your boat under their wings and make it their baby. They have handled all my service needs since they opened shop in Citrus Heights, both routine annual service or an emergency. As a bass fishing guide, losing your boat for a few days or week, along with the tedious job of unloading all the gear then reloading it, really hampers your schedule. Same story as everyone else took my boat into a shop for a small repair end up fixing stuff I didn't tell him to charge me $700 for a fuel pump so I said okay fix it took it upon himself to replace a fuel line and coil pack he then charge me an extra 400 hundred so my total bill was $1,130 so I said you never called to confirm that. anyway I told him I'll give him $1,000 and he started screaming at me and yelling and wanted to take parts off my engine lesson learned will never ever go there again he later called and apologized for screaming and yelling place is a joke beware

I recently moved to Rocklin and this is the nearest Yamaha Exclusive Service Center that according to Yamaha's website means they are supposed to carry Yamalube oils and engine filters. That is why I went there! When I walked in the store, Alissa was warm and welcoming to myself and my kids. I bought a used tracker boat i paid $10,000 cash. I'm very happy with the boat but a few months after I made my purchase l needed a new prop i called C@C on Saturday morning gave all the info on my motor but of course they sold me the boat so they have all the info. They said they would call me back shortly finally at 3:30 i called back they said they would check and get back to me they never called. I wouldn't normally do this but I have no choice..my husband showed up tue morn 10/4/16 to get his boat looked at , he was told Earlier in the week to stop by the next week ,so he did! My husband showed up 10 min before they opened and waited . Not sure who the gentlemen was but he pulled up and my husband waived to him and he basically asked my husband to get out of his parking spot , so he kindly did. Wow, this place is a breath of fresh air. Bought my first boat from here and they been wonderful in helping me learn the ins and outs of boat ownership. The other day I was having battery issues and Jeremy took time off of his busy schedule and helped me resolve the issue without trying to gouge my pockets. In these days and times customer service is dead but not at C and C Marine. Jeremy and Troy, you guys are the best! You now have a loyal customer for life.

I'm not sure how C & C stays in business. Staff is poorly trained and comes up significantly short on product knowledge or ability to communicate to customers. Poor follow-through on requests. Business fails to return email and phone requests. Not very customer savy. In my experience, bottom 25% of customer service. You might feel better served elsewhere.

Let me start off by saying it takes alot to impress someone (me) who works with the public on a daily basis.
my first experience with these guys i lost all the keys to my boat. Ryan handled my concern promply and treated it as if i was in there spending 50k on a new boat and i only spent $7
These guys are a class act. super down to earth. feels like friends when i go in there. i feel their prices are competitive however ive never checked, just becasue there service is so AWESOME and i dont mind paying more if they were higher.
