The before and after pics. Platinum did an awesome job!! Even with it being Christmas holiday, they still got the job done with very little delay. I would HIGHLY recommend them and if the occasion happened again, would go to them again!

Great experience overall! Got in an accident in late Aug. and had just moved to Erie in the beginning of the month. Didn't know any shops, so hoped all of Platinum's 5-star reviews were legit. Turns out they certainly were! The accident was not my fault and so I was dealing with the other driver's insurance. Since Eric used to work as an estimator before owning his body shop, he not only knew how to fix the car correctly, but he also knew all the ways an insurance company takes advantage of the not-at-fault party. He pushed back against the insurance company to ensure I (his customer) was taken

I’ll begin by saying that I have never posted an online review for anyone. However, the service and repairs made at Platinum Auto Body definitely deserve one. We got into a collision during our vacation and we found ourselves six hours from home in Erie, PA, the final destination on our trip. (By the way, Presque Isle State Park is a great place to visit!) I searched online for auto body shops and selected Platinum. Since I’m not from Erie, I had no idea what to expect when I arrived at the shop. Having never needed any auto body work done before, I was really counting on the owner to be honest

I hit a deer going down the highway. They were more than accommodating getting my car to the shop. They were super friendly and kept me updated. They let me know if anything outside of the wreck needed repaired. My car came out looking better than it did before the wreck. Definitely reccomend!!!

Eric and Diane were great to work with! They kept me informed through the whole process and when they promised to call and update me, they always did! They were reasonably priced and went above and beyond to get my car finished quickly! My car looks and drives like it is new! I highly recommend them!

I was Traveling threw town with my Wife and 2 Year old daughter. I hit a deer while in town. Brought car to Eric and Diane. What a fantastic experience. Diane explained whole process in great detail until my wife and I understood completely. She even arranged a rental car for me and my family to arrive at the shop! The repairs to the car are flawless! You'd be crazy to not have Eric and his team fix your car! Highly Recommend!!!

I recently had my CR-V repaired after being rear-ended. Eric and his staff were friendly and very helpful. Everything was explained in detail, which I appreciated since this was my first experience with collision repairs. My vehicle looks great. All I can say is Wow. Eric and his team went above and beyond to fix my Chrysler 300. The shop kept me up to date on the status and repair of my car. I even stopped by the shop the one day. Eric took me in the back to show me what they have done and explained everything to me. I will highly recommend the shop to anyone that is looking for auto body work.
