This is a top notch operation. I've been taking different vehicles there for over 10 years at least and these guys are trustworthy, reliable, efficient, and the entire team is friendly and professional. They aren't inexpensive, but their pricing is very fair and they will only do the work that is necessary for your vehicle to operate great. I would recommend them to anybody.

The motor to our window had blown out and our window couldn't go back up we are in the dead of winter and it was snowing, we were so stressed trying to figure out what to do, so we looked up some places and came across this shop, online it said they didn't open till 7am we called at 6:45 and thank God someone picked up, it was a young lady named Karen she was so nice, compassionate and attentive, she told us we can bring the car in but they were a little backed up with other cars but they would see what they can do to help. We brought the car in and by the end of the day they had fixed our car

We've been using John's for several years. They are the best! Professional, courteous and they always do excellent work.
The repair techs are very thorough and are honest in their dealings with their customers. The repair techs also walk you through all necessary repairs and treat you with respect regarding the technical aspects of the work being performed.
At this point we won't go anywhere else!!

This was my 1st time with John's Auto but it will not be my last. After a poor experience with a local dealer, I came to John's by way of a referral. I spoke with Mike ( parts/service) about my experience with the dealer. John's Auto was able to schedule me in pretty quickly. I dropped the car off the night before. Karen in the office was great. I got a call from Mark the next day. He was direct & honest about what I needed to have done & what I didn't need!! They saved me probably $1,000. They earned 5 stars on this 1st visit. I've already scheduled a 2nd visit. Everyone has been super friendly
