Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to return to the dealerships to have your newer vehicles serviced at the required intervals. The auto repair world has changed more in the last 10 years than in the 100 years before that. With front wheel drive and advanced computer controls, it's almost impossible for the do-it-yourselfer to even change their own oil, let alone turning off the service due reminder light! Changing simple things like spark plugs, alternators and belts is beyond the average driver as it can require significant disassembly and expensive, specialized tools.
Jeeps are challenging to repair as they are several platforms wrapped in an integrated system. I have mediocre experience at dealers and other places. Wow! I just moved here from the Bay Area and needed a mechanic as my transmission fluid in my BMW 135i was leaking and I'm so happy to of found Pacific Tire Motorsports in Redondo Beach!!! Used to be Osbourns located 1001 Pacific Coast Hwy RB 310-698-5143. Craig took my initial call who was great but he was on vacation so Armando, who is the owner of all 3 Pacific Tires helped me and he's AWESOME! His cost was $250 less then a quote I got from another local rip off mechanic in RB! I highly recommend them! You'll be very happy!!! Thank you Armondo!! XO

Shady practices. After multiple trips back and forth to Osborne's, they could not seem to fix an issue with my wife's SUV. Meanwhile, they kept finding things to want to fix and charge additional for. After the third time dropping it off again they suggested 4 new tires, even though the car has under 40k Miles and tires look good. Finally had to take our car back without them actually fixing the problem we had originally brought it in to have fixed. Really disappointed. We won't be back.

Took my car in the other day and was pleased with the great customer service from Craig. Very knowledgeable , kind, always in a great mood it seems, communicates well!
I got my car fixed and I didn't feel like I was getting gipped or taken advantage of either because some places will do that... I would totally go back again if needed, thanks.

I had a great experience when I took my jeep in for some air-conditioning work. Craig is always in a great mood and very kind. They all seem to know what they're doing and are very experienced. I recommend giving it a try. I will definitely be back. Very clean shop and a good location for me.

Well I just want to let you know I went to fix my brakes and they ended up telling me so many things that the car have and they said the price for that is 1600 so I bring the car to the dealer for the same issues and the dealer of my car charge me $590 ,we are talking about $900 extra for the same services for no reason this is very sad and very un respectful, you will think dealer are supposed to be more expensive but actually they are not so you have to look for the right dealer because even between dealers price change between them and about Osborne please always get a second opinion and compare

I will NEVER take my vehicle here ever again. Really guys, you had to install spark plugs on a car that weren't even bad? Whether or not you asked my husband who didn't know that I had changed them earlier in the year to spark plugs that basically had 2 more years left on them. REALLY? And then charge $150 to put an air filter in, REALLY. When all we wanted was an oil change. You guys seriously need to change your services, how can you take advantage of us, when we've taken our cars to you for at least a year. $600 for an oil change, spark plugs, and air filter? REALLY?
