Dr. Pirotta has been a practicing foot and ankle physician and surgeon serving the needs of Northwest Arkansas for 23 years. He is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he attended the University of Pittsburgh before attending Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Pirotta and his staff are very professional and understand the discomfort and pain that their patience experience. They have worked me in when they have been able to in order to get me treated and on my way. I am now on the proper treatment! I appreciate the knowledge of Dr. Pirotta. He is very easy to talk to and is a good listener.

First visit was great. Met most everyone at the office and received EXCELLENT care. Dr Pirotta discussed options as well as footwear to prevent problems. No pushing of any service or products even though I know they have them. He was knowledgeable about what my coverage would be and how to proceed. Looking forward to next visit.

I love this place. They have always made me feel more than comfortable and listen to what I tell them and how I feel. I was terrified going there because I have an extreme foot phobia and they go out of their way to make sure that I'm not out of my comfort zone. They know me by name and are so kind and friendly. Dr. Pirotta and his staff are a wonderful group to do business with! Dr. Pirotta will always take time to explain the options you have and help you decide what is best for you in your situation. The staff works hard to work you in when you need to be seen. They are professional and make you feel they care. When Dr. Pirotta or a member of his staff tell you they will do something you can rest assured it will be done. I have been seeing Dr. Pirotta for at least 10 years and can't imagine going to another Podiatrist.
