Dr Javier Morales is an amazing find! He is obviously highly intelligent and speaks 4 languages. He is courteous, kind and very attentive to your needs. He spends as much time with you as you need. He answers all questions thoroughly, and in terms you can understand. He is an excellent diagnostician and helps you each step of the way with your treatment plan.
He is always available to you and treats you as if you are part of a "family". He is an exceptional physician and an asset to the medical community. If you are looking for an incredible internist, you have found him! Dr. Sheikh is a wonderful doctor. She always takes the time to see me and answer all of my questions.

I am 37 years old and i take care of my father who is only 70 years old.
My father is diagnosed with Lewy Body dementia and managing my dad's health can be extremely difficult at times. my dad is not mobile and to get him to the doctor is nearly impossible. AIM house calls is honestly a saving grace for us! Filippa and Keva are absolutely amazing! they are always available and always call you back! my dads condition is not an easy one and Aim house calls helps me through all my fathers medical needs day by day. I wish everyone who cares for there love one is as lucky as i am to have Aim house

My Husband has been dealing with numerous health issues post- Cancer, so we needed a comprehensive medical team. We found that and more with Dr. Javier Morales and his staff at Advanced Internal Medicine in Greenvale, NY.
The Office is extremely well run- no long wait times and everyone is friendly, welcoming and efficient. I was so impressed by Dr. Morales and this practice that I changed my doctor and so have several of my friends. You are in excellent hands with this group.

I was a patient for well over two years and never missed an appointment. I was going to this office close to 48 times a year seeing 3 different people under Dr. Grobman.
I got sick once and told them I couldn't make it to find out a few days later at my next appointment I was being charged and they couldn't work with my financial situation. I tried to resolve this issue on multiple occasions with no understanding.
When asked it took over a week to cancel my medical i.d. card and even longer to give my doctor the records they had. My prescription expired weeks ago and they are saying it could

I’m sure there are good and bad that might be pointed out in any business. Be is nothing but positive in every way. These are caring people who have always gone the extra mile for me, most definitely not only medically but emotionally as well. I never have a problem dealing with any of the people from AIM and thanks to their care my health has improved to a high degree that I never might have achieved. I highly recommend this service, particularly for seniors.

I genuinely have no clue what these other bad reviews are even talking about. I have to assume these are the same people that zoom in on floor tile grout at a luxury resort, to find the one dirty tile and post a complaining review!
Albeit Dr. Grobman is my primary care Dr, I have seen several others in the practice over the last few years (home and office). Would not recommend to anyone. Agree with previous reviews. The doctors and Nurses are only concerned about making money. The care is not good. Nobody answers calls. They only send the lady to check blood work and then they say everything is fine. If everything is fine than why do they need to keep check my blood everyday. Stay away from them!!

I joined AIM years ago after my Doctor of 20 years closed his practice. On my last visit I asked him to recommend a doctor he would use for his family. He HIGHLY recommended AIM. With much trepidation I called and made my first appointment. There are NO WORDS to explain how wonderful, compassionate, and dedicated this group of Doctors are. My primary doctor is Dr. Grobman. He takes personal interest in not only my physical health but also my emotional well-being.

I’d have to disagree with the previous review. This office went above and beyond for my family member. I found every test they did relevant and the compassion and dignity that was given to her was amazing. We interacted with office but predominantly worked with house calls - thanks to them she got the quality of care she needed

Dr. Grobman is an extremely knowledgeable, supportive and detail oriented clinician. He takes his time to explain everything, thoroughly, which is greatly appreciated. Jenn is an extremely kind, considerate, supportive and all around good professional. She will brighten anyone's day! Sam is also very helpful, kind and supportive. AIM has been wonderful to me.

House call people are not doctors. They are nurse practitioners that do not obviously work w any doctor.they put my 94 year old dad on tons of cortisone while he has 3 stents and only 30 percent heart function????? Serequil 3x a day fir dementia..which is known to cause aspiration and pneumonia. . very limited food ..hes hungry..looks like a holocaust survivor...
