Cologuard is a FDA approved prescription, noninvasive, colon cancer screening test, that uses sDNA (stool DNA) technology to help detect cancer and highest-risk precancers. After your exam with Goals Healthcare you will receive a Cologuard prescription and the test kit box will then be delivered to your home.
In 2004, the FDA approved Botox for the treatment of excessive underarm sweating in patients unable to find relief using antiperspirant. It has grown to be one of the most popular treatments for excessive sweating. When injected in areas that produce excessive sweat the purified protein found in Botox temporarily blocks the chemical signals to the nerves responsible for "turning on" the body's sweat glands.
A CMP test looks at the status of your metabolism including the kidneys, the liver, the electrolyte balance, and the acid/base balance, along with levels of blood glucose and blood proteins. This test can look for conditions like hypertension, diabetes, liver disease, and kidney disease. It also can be used to monitor the liver and kidneys for potential medication side effects.

Stay away unless you want to end up with a giant bill! Even if they say they're in network, they'll still charge you.

Dr. Levine is very professional. Her mannerism are very kind and compassionate. She is an excellent clinician and methodological in her diagnostics. I felt very reassured having her as my GP. Having seen her for more than a year, she has demonstrated her passion for serving her patients by continuously going above and beyond. Dr. Levine is a wonderful, caring doctor. I haven't had a primary care physician in 20 years and she is very easy to talk to. She has a very nice office and you can go for a stroll in Central Park after your appointment because she is located right next to it. I have moved to a different state but kept her as my physician using virtual appointments.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Levine. She is extremely caring and very thorough, allowing ample time between patients to really listen and answer questions. Ryan, at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Then when I had a follow up question, Dr. Levine quickly responded.
